Zucchini/Squash Chips

My new chips! These are great for the crunchy snack craving everyone gets ;) 

SCD Zucchini/Squash Chips (try cucumbers too)


Zucchini, thinly sliced
Squash, thinly sliced
Toss in a mixture of Olive oil or Avacado Oil and any seasoning you want. My favorite is toss in oil, vinegar, and salt for Salt and vinegar chips!

Preheat Oven to 200*
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or line your oven racks with foil and then parchment paper for large amounts.
Slice veggies with a mandolin or knife, toss on oil and seasoning, and then lay them out in one layer.
Bake for 2 hours and then flip.
Bake for another hour or so, they are done once they look light and crunchy.
Let cool and they will get crunchier.
