The BEST Rice substitution ever! You can hardly even tell the difference. This is SCD Cauliflower "White Rice" which is Gluten Free, Grain Free, Refined Sugar Free, and Lactose Free.
1 Head Cauliflower, break down to florets.
Parchment Paper
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat Oven to 375*
Cut down the head of Cauliflower into florets and pulse until rice consistency in food processor.
(Do in batches)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle a layer of the cauli-rice onto it.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until just starting to brown on the just the tips in various places.

Can't wait to try this. I was diagnosed with Crohn's and PSC twenty years ago, but just found out about the SCD diet last week. I have been on it for a little over a week and feel better than I have in years. Thank you for your help with all of these great recipes and info.
