Baked Salmon

Seafood night at our house tonight! This big beautiful fillet was on sale at the store so this is what we did with it ;) Tastes just like a fancy restaurant made it. Super delicious, must try! SCD Baked Salmon.

Large Salmon Fillet
1 Lemon, sliced
2 Tbsp Softened Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive Oil

Preheat Oven to 400*
Place a large piece of foil on a cookie sheet.
Set the Salmon in the center and rub down with Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper.
Scatter butter on top of Salmon and place lemon slices on top.
Close foil over salmon to seal it and bake for 25-45 minutes depending on the size of your fillet.
Enjoy!

*Start with 25 minutes and touch the thickest part of the fillet. If it is slightly firm then it is done. If it still gives put it in another 10-20 minutes.
