Zucchini/Squash Chips

My new chips! These are great for the crunchy snack craving everyone gets ;) SCD Zucchini/Squash Chips

Zucchini, thinly sliced
Squash, thinly sliced
Working on a seasoning

Preheat Oven to 200*
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or line your oven racks with foil and then parchment paper for large amounts.
Slice veggies with a mandolin or knife and then lay them out in one layer not touching.
Bake for 2 hours and then flip.
Bake for another hour or so, they are done once they look light and crunchy.
Let cool and they will get crunchier.
