Apple Cinnamon Chips

I can never make enough of these! My kids love these so much that no matter how big the batch that I make is, it will be gone the same day. Another awesome crunchy SCD snack. SCD Apple Cinnamon Chips.

Lemon Juice

Preheat Oven to 200*
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or line your oven racks with foil and then parchment paper for large amounts.
Slice Apples with a mandolin or knife, dip in lemon juice, and then lay them out in one layer not touching.
Bake for 1 hour and then flip.
Bake for another hour or so until they begin to turn light brown.
Let cool and they will get crunchier.


  1. I am trying this right now! I had some left over apples that were already sliced that I had to find a way to use. I think I made them too thick this time, but you learn a little more every time you cook so next time I bet they will be perfect. Thanks for the recipe!!!
